In this newly created role, as a HR Advisor your goal will be to support employees & managers across the entire employee lifecycle. Reporting into an experienced & vibrant HR Manager, this will be your opportunity to work within an interesting industry and gain invaluable experience across a unionised environment.
About the Role:As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:
- Provide HR subject matter expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
- Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing policies and procedures ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Provide advice and support on Enterprise Agreements, Awards and Policy interpretation.
- Support and advise line managers on organisational change, staff performance, discipline issues and grievances.
About You:To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Previous experience as a HR Advisor or HRBP.
- Ideally 4-5 years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong understanding of employment laws.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
- Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience working within a similar environment.
