A standalone role where you will have oversight of the P&C function for the Australian team. Including, but not limited to;
- Lead the recruitment process, working closely with the hiring managers to attract diverse candidates
- Support the strategy & delivery of a People plan including all elements of the employee lifecycle
- Ownership over key processes, such as, recruitment, onboarding, retention, engagement, succession planning & leadership development.
- Coach and advise people leaders where necessary
- 10 years in a HR/People & Culture position
- Experience in implementing strategy, process & procedures
- Relevant degree or tertiary education
- Strong understanding of HR legislations
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
