The role:
HR advice to people leaders across the employee life cycle
Craft job ads to attract talent and support the recruitment process
Prepare contracts of employment in line with EBAs and legislation
Deliver innovative process improvement initiatives that add value Providing advice on HR and payroll related enquiries to all employees
Your demonstrated talent acquisition/recruitment experience will enable you to hit the ground running! Experience in a similar process driven administrative role with high level attention to detail.

Expertise to support leaders to attract talent for a range of roles
Experience and knowledge of human resources/recruitment
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Human resources or equivalent qualification (desirable)
Experience working with the Health industry (desirable)
Experience with SAP systems or simialr (desirable)
