Hr Advisor

HR Partners is partnering with a renowned National industrial company situated in North West Sydney for the recruitment of a HR Advisor. Supported by a proficient HR team and manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the entirety of the employee lifecycle. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly within a flexible environment.
Key areas of responsibility include:

• Establishing strong relationships and engaging with key stakeholders in the business.
• Taking a proactive role in leading and championing change initiatives in alignment with the company's growth and organisational change strategies.
• Consulting with and supporting senior management on HR processes, policies, and procedures.
• Overseeing case management, delivering expert advice on ER and IR legislation and practices.
• Collaborating with team leaders and business executives across all areas of HR within the organisation.

To be successful for this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 3-4 years of prior HR generalist experience in a comparable role within a medium to large organisation.
• The ability to be highly motivated, with experience in developing high quality HR solutions to enable a business to achieve its key objectives.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and exposure to diverse workforces, notably blue-collar and unionised environments.
• Experience in handling complex ER matters from inception to resolution, as well as demonstrable experience in negotiating Enterprise Agreements and union dealings.
