Talent Acquisition Specialist - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract with potential for extension - Immediate start available

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at Teachers Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Talent Acquisition across the different departments across our organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR Operations & Technology, you will have ownership of sourcing and engaging top talent as well as provide support to our HR Business Partners and alongside the Internal Recruitment Consultant to ensure an effective and efficient end-to-end recruitment process across the organisation.

- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle for roles; from job advertising and candidate sourcing to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers by efficiently managing recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates, that result in successful hires, positive candidate experiences, and positive feedback from hiring managers.
- Managing all administrative functions and checks required to complete the recruitment processes to ensure information that is entered into the IT and payroll systems is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop effective recruitment plans and resources. Manage talent pools and pipelines using appropriate tools, processes, and systems for effective communication with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to align Talent Acquisition strategies with Teachers Health’s overall business objectives and adapt to the Teachers Health’s evolving needs.
- Strong administrative skills to prepare and issue contracts of employment and maintain internal HR reporting
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Proficiency in managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring timely and successful hires while optimising processes.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including potential candidates and hiring managers, and provide coaching and training to enhance recruitment practices and foster professional growth.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as JobAdder, to track and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to swiftly identify and resolve any issues that arise during the recruitment process, and proactively address challenges to ensure smooth recruitment operations
