Experienced HR Business Partner with strong case management is required for an immediate start.
Our client is experiencing a period of increased workload and therefore is requesting the services of an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team with strong case management experience.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of disciplinary cases managing from initial drafting of correspondence to making final recommendations.
It is essential that you possess strong employee relations experience and a comprehensive understanding of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards coupled with a knowledge of interpretation of industrial tools.
You will possess exemplary written and verbal communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment and excel in your ability to follow process and governance, resulting in best practice.
This position will commence immediately, and it is based in Perth's Eastern Suburbs and is expected to be for a three-month period.
