Standalone generalist for West Australian operations of Global Group
Our client is part of a diversified global group with a SME presence here in WA.
Reporting to the Australian Head Officer, this position will be a standalone opportunity to support the WA Senior Leadership team.
The role is a generalist opportunity with key responsibilities including:
- Development of policies and procedures
- Provision of generalist advice
- End to end recruitment and on-boarding
- Retention and engagement strategies
- Performance review and management
- Embedding core values and EVP
- Alignment of HR strategy with Australian head office
- HR reporting
To be successful in your application, you will be a qualified, generalist HR practitioner with recent exposure to the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards. Ideally, you will work in a similar standalone-based position within an SME, or be a generalist HR Business Partner who has managed the full end to end employee life-cycle. You will be an effective communicator, possess the ability to engage at all levels within a business, present confidently and professionally, and be proactive to ensure the best contemporary HR practice.
