Your new Role:
As a HR BP you will report to the HR Manager, this position is based on the Sunshine Coast. This role can be your next step into a senior management position within the mining industry! Offering stability, a Permanent contract, and a desirable salary.
Key Duties
- Provide advice and case management for IR matters, performance management, internal disputes and investigations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, systems, and tools
- Conducting workplace investigations and overseeing end-to-end disciplinary processes
- Developing and fostering a culture of teamwork and employee involvement
- Have a strong customer centric focus, with the ability to provide support and advice to internal customers at all levels across the site.
- Support employee engagement and learning & development programs.
