The Role
With over 130 stores nationally, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of our of brands by promoting a high performance culture.
In this role, you'll closely collaborate with the Leadership group and People & Culture Team. Your focus will be on addressing generalist HR queries and providing ‘hands on’ practical support in coaching and supporting line managers to resolve daily HR issues, improve leadership and overall team performance.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide professional, business-focused People, Performance and Culture services and support to business leaders.
- Plan and project manage organisation wide people, performance and culture related projects.
- Coach and enable leaders on all aspects of people management, specifically in driving performance.
- Handle industrial and employee relations matters.
- Monitor and promote compliance to Group policies , relevant awards and applicable legislation.
- Identify where change is needed and contribute to the development of interventions that improve overall team performance.
You will have:
- Minimum 5 years' HR generalist experience, preferably within Retail Industry;
- Experience working in effective HR Business Partnering roles including the provision of advice and support in the following areas: IR/ER; workforce planning and performance management
- Demonstrate the ability to establish effective and authentic working relationships in an open and approachable manner with a variety of people at different levels
- High-level emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- A High level of integrity, objectivity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
