About the role:As a HR Coordinator you will assist the wider HR team to support the cultural values and integrity within the organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone who has prior experience in a HR Admin or Coordinator position and is looking to further their skill set. This role is based in Sydney CBD, if hybrid with flexible to WFH, reporting directly into the P&C Manager you will gain experience and exposure to a range of tasks. As there is potential for this role to extend, full Australian working rights are required.Duties include but are not limited to:
Offer efficient administrative support to the People and Culture Manager and the broader organisation in various people-related and employee life cycle programs and processes, including recruitment, onboarding/induction, performance, learning and development, health and well being, and separation.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
Coordinate the development and implementation of the internal training plan.
Stay informed about relevant policies, procedures, and legislation to provide timely and effective HR support and advice to the broader organisation, escalating and redirecting issues as needed.
Maintain personnel records and assist in reviewing, updating, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Contribute to the development and management of injury management and injury prevention processes and programs.
Attend regular and ad hoc meetings as required.
Participate in company training sessions as necessary.
Your profile will demonstrate:
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
An understanding of societies, cultures.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the capacity to build rapport and effectively manage relationships.
Possession of tertiary qualifications in HR would be advantageous or a demonstrated relevant experience
A willingness to contribute to continuous improvement
