Reporting to the General Manager, People, Safety & Quality, the HR Coordinator provides generalist support to the People, Safety & Quality Team across a range of critical functions to ensure smooth day to day operations.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at our Head Office in St Kilda.
- Act as the primary administrator and lead the maintenance of systems (Elmo/Culture Amp/Go1 etc.)
- Lead the preparation of regular, high-quality dashboards and reports.
- Maintain accurate system for employee files and records.
- Assist with management of the People inbox.
- Support with comms & events when required.
- Assist in the development of more efficient recruitment, onboarding and exit practices processes to ensure smooth employee experiences through the employment lifecycle.
- Support the activities of Windana's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and Rainbow Tick accreditation.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Windana's feedback and performance cycles in collaboration with the OD and Learning Manager.
- Collaborate with People team to implement innovative projects.
- Contribute to organisation-wide quality improvement, risk management, and workplace health and safety initiatives.
Experience
- Previous experience in HR administrator or coordinator role with good understanding of HR processes.
- Experience working with HRIS and LMS platforms.
- Experience designing and drafting high quality professional reports for a range of audiences.
- Experience building and developing collaborative relationships to partner with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
- Proactive, positive attitude with the ability to operate under pressure and balance conflicting priorities.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in working with ELMO and Culture Amp.
- Experience and/or understanding of the challenges and highlights associated with working in AOD, health or community sector.
