Our client is currently looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team, this is a rare opportunity to join an established retail apparel brand reporting into the HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
- The HR Coordinator will have a strong focus on ER & WHS, you will be working within an established team.
- Providing end to end employee relations advice and assistance
- Conducts investigations into issues like bullying, behavior, and harassment, and handles outcome meetings.
- Reviews HR policies, procedures, contracts, and general employment law queries based on investigation findings
- Assisting managers with performance management alongside HR business partners.
- Monitor and manage hazards, incidents, and injuries, ensuring early intervention and positive outcomes for workers and customers.
- Assist injured employees with return-to-work planning and monitoring as a RTW coordinator, including managing work cover premiums with supervisors.
- Conduct audits in OHS and work with managers to address issues.
- Implement and optimize safety management systems based on on-site findings.
Experience:
- Min 2 years HR Coordinator experience, ideally within a retail background
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Familiarity with national and state laws and regulations concerning ER and OHS, including Work Health and Safety.
- Proficient in reporting and analyzing WHS key performance indicators and trends.
