We are growing the team, are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our fantastic business! This role reports into the HR Advisor and is based at the Head Office in The Rocks, Sydney. The role is Part Time and based onsite 4 days per week- Monday-Thursday.
This role provides a full range of HR functions and will play a pivotal part in partnering with our operational leaders- General Managers, Head Chefs, and 3000+ employees.

This is a generalist role with a wide range of responsibilities, across all HR functions of the business. Previous experience in a HR role is required and experience with FlareHR or similar, is beneficial.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Working with the team to deliver innovative HR initiatives that drive operational goals
- Provide effective HR advice across the employee lifecycle including recruitment & onboarding, employee relations, reward and recognition, learning & development, and workplace health and safety
- Support the onboarding experience of new hires to ensure a high quality candidate experience
- Assist in managing the HR inbox and responding to HR-related inquiries from managers and team members including Award interpretation and NES related queries
- Act as the Return to Work Coordinator and provide excellent recovery at work programs for workers compensation claims (training available)
- Being the learning and development contact for Allara Learning and ensure high standard execution of the internal and external training programs
- Coordinate and work with managers in regards to recruitment including revision of job descriptions, advertising roles and candidate application management
- Work with the HR team to plan, develop and build people initiatives that align with the business strategy
- Collaboratively working with Payroll and WHS and providing information and reporting as required
