We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our head office team in South Granville, Western Sydney. Reporting to the Director, this exciting standalone role will have a primary focus on the HR functions for our employee group in Australia. This will include providing specialist HR support and information to our leaders and employees, in areas such as recruitment, on boarding, offboarding, people development, return to work, performance management, awards, and WHS. Providing administrative support for our NZ employee group will also be required.
To be a successful HR Coordinator in our awesome team you will not only need to demonstrate at least 3 years of generalist experience, and great Microsoft suite skills, you will:
- Have a work style that ordinarily focuses on accuracy and organisation
- Have self-confidence and make careful choices even in stressful situations
- Learn at a faster rate than most and understand complex information
- Find working with analytical tasks both easy and enjoyable
- Maintain a work pace that is generally quick and steady but need to take the time to refresh personal reserves, when in an intense work environment.
- Take on leadership roles comfortably and have the confidence to allow others to lead when necessary
- Understand that setbacks completing projects will occur and be prepared to stay focused to finish the project.
- Work best around other people who share their focus on quality and innovation
- Tend to identify personal success with that of the organisation
- Be able to show empathy and actively listen in exceptional situations
- Be moderately social and relish the opportunity to present your ideas to others
- Be most effective without direct supervision but welcome structure so that expectations are understood
- Be tolerant diplomatic and willing to offer support to others
- Have a thinking process which favours logical deduction while still including some gut instinct
