Your new role
Your role will be supporting a short-term project and will consist of conducting exit interviews to ex-workers using a provided template.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a similar role in HR or recruitment
- Calm phone manner
- Empathetic approach and ability to engage
- You must be available to start on 28th Feb
