In this role you will:
- Triage and respond to general HR enquiries in an efficient, effective and customer focused manner.
- Assist with the onboarding and induction of new head office employees.
- Maintain excellent, detailed HR records.
- Manage internal employee movements, including role changes, secondments and parental leave and coordinating with payroll.
- Assist with additional HR projects and engagement initiatives as required.
- A string customer service and administration background.
- Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately to meet deadlines.
- High level focus on quality and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
