Position: HR Coordinator
At A S Harrison & Co, we're seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team. As the HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our human resources functions, ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and assisting with candidate onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including managing employee benefits and payroll processing.

Qualifications:
