Job description

HR Generalist / Office Admin – Part Time

Our client provides comprehensive, professional and integrated services in the real estate industry.

They are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, reliable individual to join their Team. This role is a great opportunity for a well organised, focused and driven individual who has exceptional organisation skills and likes working on various tasks.

This is a Part Time Opportunity, 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all administrative duties in headquarter office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
  • Manage complete recruitment cycle from gap analysis, selection, interviews, offers and delivery of feedback.
  • Support onboarding and introductions of new joiners and supporting the monitoring process throughout the probationary period.
  • Deliver generalist HR support and advice for overall employee excellence.
  • Provide support to set up HR policies, processes and procedures and ensure all the H.R. initiative and practices adhere to relevant legislation and best practice models.
  • Assisting in identifying needs, skills gaps and skill requirements as well as facilitating training sessions for managers as required.
  • Manage and enhance our employee recognition and wellbeing practices to ensure we celebrate our milestones and achievements.
  • Implement employee development strategy and succession planning based on current and future business needs
  • Manage HR programs such as performance and salary reviews, talent and succession planning.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Real estate industry background or knowledge desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and the ability to work with a fast-paced dynamic team is vital to the success in this role.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Advanced user in Microsoft office.
  • Bi-language skill (English/Mandarin) is a plus.
