Description
Reporting to the General Manager - People & Culture HR Manager you are responsible for partnering with a complex stakeholder group and play a national role guiding a team of specialist Business Partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach and support a national team of HR Business Partners;
- Implement best practise and processes across the team;
- Strategic involvement on a national level;
- Support a complex portfolio of 250 employees across the whole employee life-cycle;
- Engage with and coach leaders on human resource matters;
- Development and implementation of HR projects including HR system upgrades;
- Reviewing documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation;
- Provide onsite support to NSW based customer group and National team.
Profile
The successful applicant will have a strong track record as a generalist with exposure to the IR space; You will possess;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline;
- Experience within heavy industries is a must;
- Strategic IR capability;
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate and educate different personalities;
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude;
- Strong HRIS experience.
