Our client is a leading real estate development, investment, and capital management company with a global presence across various asset classes, including office, retail, logistics, residential, and more.
The Role
This role is a critical position to centralise and implement group recruitment strategies, policies, processes, and activities. Be the first point of contact for employees to support the business plan and talent agenda.
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Work with department heads to understand their HR needs
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics
- Manage and mentor direct report
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' of experience in HR, those with previous real estate experience desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in 360 degrees on HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
