About the Company Highly successful, customer driven Professional Services organisation require a Human Resources Manager who has a solid technical understanding across all facets of Employee Relations, the Fair Work Act and with a passion for the discipline.
Leading and managing a team of three, you will work collaboratively with the wider business to foster an engaged and high-performing culture, through HR programs such as organisation structure, job design, succession planning, workforce development, employee retention and organisational change management.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align strategic growth goals with workforce planning. Develop and coach leaders on best practice. Introduce process improvement across policy definition, role design, CPS (KPI) and goal setting, simplification of processes to introduce improved clarity in the day-to-day business operations. Coach managers to develop managerial capability and autonomously lead and sustain engaged teams. Provide mentoring and leadership to the HR Team Analyse trends and metrics on HR related activities About You Degree level education Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Demonstrated experience in successfully managing a HR function. Capability to lead and develop a HR team. Ability to partner with Executives as a knowledgeable advisor. In-depth knowledge of employment law is essential. Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal, influencing, advisory and negotiation skills. You are energetic, resilient, analytical, and thrive in tackling varied challenges.What's in it for you?
