About the Role:

WorkPac is currently in search of a HR Administrator to join our esteemed client's team based in Karratha. This position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week for 12 months with potential for extension.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support HR team in recruitment and onboarding: place job adverts, screen candidates, arrange pre-employment procedures, assist with onboarding including inductions, paperwork, and orientation.

  • Assist in preparing HR documentation: contracts, employment variations, and other HR paperwork as needed.

  • Coordinate HR activities across the employee lifecycle.

  • Administer CORPS Housing policy: maintain lease records, manage payments, handle inventory and inspections post personnel movements.

  • Support management of HR system.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience supporting HR team

  • Advanced time management, planning, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and credibility

  • Knowledge of HR legislative requirements (desirable)

  • Experience with Employment Hero software (desirable)
