How will I help?Joining the
Workplace Resolutions team in Customer and Corporate Services, as a Senior Specialist , you will support best practice workplace relations advice to leaders and employees in line with our HR service model. You will find yourself engaging with leaders at all levels to make a real, tangible impact through the resolution of HR case matters. An experienced workplace investigator. your strength in stakeholder management will see you quickly build relationships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor. You will be known for your technical knowledge, sound judgement and care, and a deep understanding of the Group's policies, procedures and protocols. You will balance your technical expertise with an understanding of our business to execute and/or guide on end-to-end employee conduct investigations, and support leaders address underperformance and complex absence matters. Working collaboratively, you will partner with business leaders to support decisions that balance Group Values, risk tolerance and commerciality.Your key accountabilities will include:
- Management of end-to-end workplace matters as allocated.
- Facilitate solutions in a holistic and connected way through specialist expertise, and business knowledge and strong stakeholder management.
- Apply relevant policies, frameworks and legislation to ensure consistency and quality.
- Identify and escalate complexity, risk and emerging trends related to allocated matters.
- Drive collaboration with key HR and Business stakeholders
- Disciplined administration and record management practices; and
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Workplace Resolutions function through simplification opportunities, and the continued enhancement of our standards, protocols and workflows.

What do I need?You will bring 3 + years of experience in case management or workplace investigation experience within a specialist, or operational HR Generalist role, preferably in a large and complex organisation, where you have built a track record of running workplace investigations, fostering stakeholder relationships and developing exceptional professional, commercial and personal judgement.
