HR & Talent Coordinator / Advisor to work in awesome Brisbane based HR team in a growing organisation

Your new role
Working in a small HR team, this is a newly created role to support both talent acquisition and HR. You will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, from posting adverts, screening and interviewing candidates, and onboarding for positions both in Brisbane and at their operational sites across Australia.
You will also support with HR reporting and administration, facilitate company inductions, support with employee engagement and team building initiatives, work on HR projects, provide HR advice as required, and support with any cultural initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a positive and proactive individual keen to work as part of a collaborative team. You will ideally have experience in both HR and recruitment, and an interest in talent acquisition will be key. You will be a clear communicator, and will be looking for a role where you can continue to learn and grow over time to become a well-rounded HR professional. You will need good attention to detail and be able to support with HR reporting and coordination tasks.
