About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team member who can do the following;
- Internal recruitment activities
- End to end employee lifecycle tasks, offboarding systems, compliance, and training.
- Respond to team leaders in a timely manner and escalate as appropriate.
- Support all HR & WHS related projects in an administrative function.
- Co-ordinate all WHS activities, such as toolboxes, incident investigations and lessons learnt.
- Actively pursue knowledge to remain up to date with current employment legislation including Fair Work Australia and Worksafe Australia
- Employment Contract administration in line with internal policies and procedures
- Governance of documentation for HR and WHS in line with ISO9001 requirements and legislation.
- Support the team by providing leave coverage where required in areas of payroll, procurement and general office administration.
- Develop and maintain employee learning and development plans.
- Assist with employee succession planning initiatives.
- Assist the achievement of organisational KPIs.
- Manage employee injury management and injury prevention programs.
- Support and recommend other employee health and wellbeing initiatives.
About You
Required skills, Knowledge, Qualities, Experience and Qualifications:
- Advanced interpersonal skills – ability to build trusted relationships through an organisation.

- Strong attention to detail with exceptional accuracy.
- Demonstrated HR generalist experience.
- Proactive personality with an optimistic attitude.
- Demonstrated exceptional knowledge of award and EA interpretation.
- Advanced computer skills across MS suite – Office 365.
- Experience with full employee lifecycle of activities, using HR software.
- Continuous improvement mindset in an ISO 9001 certified environment.
- Degree, Diploma or Certificate IV in HR and WHS highly recommended.
- Over 5 years’ experience working in a medium sized organisation in a professional workplace.
To be successful – you will need to have/pass/obtain the following
- Unrestricted Western Australian Driver’s Licence.
- National Police Clearance.
- Qualification certification from a recognised Australian Institution
- Medical Declaration, including Physical assessment, D&A
