Qualifications & experience
- Experience as a NESA HSC marker (or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of Stage 6 teaching experience in specialised subject area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy and have ability to build rapport with students and create a supportive learning environment
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions, tailored to individual student’s needs
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their understanding and performance
- Encourage and motivate students to develop a positive attitude towards learning
