You will be based in Primero’s head office in Osborne Park. The role is for 9 month maternity leave coverage. Role Responsibilities:• Administration of HSE systems.• Ensure accurate HSE information and records are entered into HSE system.• Collate, review, and analyse HSE data for reporting.• Assist in investigations where required.• Assist in the development of Toolbox Topics and other HSE communications.• Coordinate HSE meetings through preparation of minutes and action tracking.• Update HSE Management Plans and Emergency Response Plans as required.• Assist in the onboarding of new employees.Education and Experience:• Advanced levels in Excel, Word, Power Point and Share Point.• Experienced with HSE processes and systems.What We Offer:• An excellent workplace culture driven by our values (Efficiency, Accountability, Integrity). • Competitive Remuneration & Staff Discounts, Benefits and Perks • Free onsite Gym (at Osborne Park) & Cheap Coffee• Diversified project portfolio, working with World Leaders in Global Resource Projects.
