As a Health, Safety, and Environment Business Partner, you will be a key player in our journey towards embedding robust HSE practices and ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce. You will blend strategic vision with hands-on operational excellence to shape and implement a contemporary HSE strategy aligned with our business objectives. Your Role:
- Implement a forward-thinking HSE strategy that aligns with our business goals.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards, conducting audits and risk assessments to mitigate hazards.
- Lead incident investigations, driving lessons learned into operational improvements.
- Facilitate comprehensive HSE training, promoting a culture of safety across the organization.
- Engage stakeholders to foster a collaborative approach to HSE initiatives, representing the company in external HSE discussions.
- Oversee employee health & wellbeing programs, including workers' compensation and return-to-work processes.
- Champion continuous improvement in HSE practices, leveraging innovation to enhance safety and performance.
Your Qualifications and Key Skills:
- Relevant degree and proven experience in HSE management.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and incident investigation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A contribute to a safer, healthier, and more innovative workplace with similar experience.
