This includes managing HSE administrative processes, effectively using a range of HSE tools and processes to implement HSE programs and drive improvement and to contribute to the implementation and monitoring of critical controls
Your new roleMain Activities and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
- Support the implementation of a systems approach to HSE including providing accurate and timely HSE advice
- Support people and project managers, and workers on methods to foster and monitor a positive HSE culture
- Support implementation and maintenance of routine HSE risk assessment, control and management processes in normal operations and emergencies
- Support monitoring and measurement of HSE performance
- Support processes and procedures to investigate, analyse, record and report on incidents and non-conformities indicating failures or inadequacies of controls
- Implement processes for knowledge collection and management to enable positive HSE outcomes including collecting and keeping up-to-date relevant internal and external HSE information
- Communicate, engage with and influence people and project managers, and workers to mitigate risk and optimise worker health and safety and environmental performance
- Provide support for injury/illness and claims management
Experience, skills and organisational knowledge
- Previous work experience within a similar industry and/or risk profile
- Previous experience in a HSE role (desirable)

Qualifications (Minimum and Desirable)
- Cert IV/Diploma in OH&S
- RTW Co-ordinator
