Your Opportunity
We are looking for HSE Trainer Assessor to join our site team working on a billion dollar gold expansion project.
Roster: 2:1
Your Key Responsibilities
* Identify and assess future and current training needs, through job analysis, in consultation with line managers.
* Provide accurate and timely training compliance reports, information, and support as required.
* Support the implementation of approved training and development initiatives.
* Ensure training processes and standards are current, fit for purpose and relevant for the organisation’s needs.
* Support Training and assessment activities as required.
What You ‘Can Do’
* Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
* Audit or quality control qualification.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar position.
* Ability to demonstrate strong relationship building and networking skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven track record in managing training compliance in a medium to large organisations.
* Proficient with modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook.
* Experience developing and managing training needs analysis.
