We are currently recruiting a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager to join the team at Albany on a full-time permanent basis. The aim of the position is to establish Visy Plastics Albany as a supplier of high quality products, through the establishment, maintenance and adherence of sustainable Quality and Safety Systems.
The HSEQ Manager is responsible for management of all functions of HSEQ Management and supporting site leaders and employees in driving a safe work environment at the site - whilst fully complying with the Visy values. This role demands a high level of communication and relationship management with a wide variety of differing personality types and key stakeholders.
You will showcase your demonstrated experience in HSE Management, Quality Management and/or Food Safety, in addition to your demonstrated experience developing/implementing Quality Food Safety Systems – ISO9001, FSSC 22000. You be fully qualified with a minimum NZQA in OHS Level 4, as well as have qualifications as a Lead Auditor, Advanced HACCP and be Root Cause Analysis trained.
Utilising your experience in risk management, continuous improvement and Quality Control program management and testing, will set you up for success in this role while you lead by example and establish a sustainable quality and safety culture.
