If successful, you will be part of the senior leadership team and tasked with the responsibility for ensuring all sites operate safely and in compliance with the relevant legislation.
In addition, this role will maintain all permits, HAZAOPS, Risk Assessments & audits whilst ensuring a proactive safety culture is promoted across all of its current and future operations.
You will need to ensure you are able to manage and implement both strategic and operational initiatives whilst taking responsibility for outcomes. You will be a trusted advocate for the business and integral to managing major key stakeholders and regulators.
This business-critical role reports directly to the Regional Director and leads a team of two site-based advisors with regular travel to site.

- Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety
- Significant experience in a senior leadership role coupled with knowledge of Major Hazard Facility Management and preparation f MHF Safety Case.
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation & regulatory bodies as well as ISO9001, USI14001 & ISO45001.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve tight deadlines
- A self-starter with a high level of personal integrity & commitment.
