This role is ideal for a confident and knowledgeable professional who has completed their studies in Human Resources or is currently working as an HR Administrator/HR Officer seeking to progress in their career.

We're currently on the lookout for an HR professional who has a well-rounded understanding of Human Resources and is eager to take on a broad range of responsibilities. You need to be passionate about recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS management, and ensuring that our policies and procedures are followed to the highest standards, demonstrating best practices in all aspects of Human Resources.

What will you be doing in your new role?:

  • Identify how we can use automation to improve the HR process, with a focus on efficiency and data integrity.
  • Ensuring HR checks and balances are completed according to the HR quality framework through follow-up work.
  • Always be looking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement that will provide enhanced streamlined service offerings to both stakeholders and the wider business.
  • Demonstrate your strength by building strong partnerships with stakeholders, taking the initiative, and providing consultative guidance as you develop your internal relationships.
  • Demonstrate your strong capability in partnering with stakeholders, taking initiative and a strong consultative nature.
  • Ensuring the onboarding experience of new team members is memorable - for the right reasons, and employees are inducted and oriented appropriately.
  • Establishing strong and lasting relationships with local universities and senior educational providers to pave the way for thriving traineeship pathways.

What will help you in securing an opportunity to work with us?:

  • Be knowledgeable or willing to learn HR fundamentals, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, L&D, and compliance.
  • Showcase your exceptional communication skills, embrace the power of curiosity by asking insightful questions, and inspire your teammates and stakeholders by sharing valuable information.
  • Believe in yourself, radiate positive energy, and cultivate a 'can-do' attitude, as you navigate through tasks with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Unlock your full potential by cultivating natural organisation and honing your planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Currently working within an HR role; studying HR and looking to graduate soon; or have completed at least a Certificate IV in Human Resources.
