Our client is a leading manufacturing company in Castlemaine seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to join their team.About the role:We are working with a leading Manufacture in Castlemaine Reporting to the HR Manager, this position is ideal for someone looking for the next step in their HR career, and tasks will range from employee relations, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, remuneration strategy and employee engagement.
