We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead our team-building efforts, foster legislative understanding, and cultivate a truly inclusive workplace environment.
As our Human Resource Manager at My Ability Australia, you'll play a crucial role in empowering individuals with disabilities through ensuring our people deliver exceptional support services across our extensive network. Reporting to the Director of Operations you will be an important part of a skilled, proactive and vibrant leadership group.
Primarily located in Kilburn, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of others while advancing your career in the disability support sector.

We're looking for someone with:
- A demonstrated track record in building and managing remote or multi-site teams, underscored by a genuine commitment to fostering inclusive practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a talent for cultivating a dependable, unified, and supportive team environment.
- Exposure to the demands of a non-stop, 24/7 multi-site operation, with a readiness to address situations, in person at site (Adelaide metropolitan) if they arise.
- Relevant experience in HR, industrial relations, or generalist operational roles.
- In progress or completed studies relevant to the field.
- Confidence in drafting and delivering written HR correspondence and a thorough understanding of legislative interaction and support frameworks is highly desirable.
