AddressTechforce has partnered with one of Perth’s industry leading companies within the construction field in search of a Human Resources manager to lead the HR department on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be accountable for the running of all departments of Human Resources. This will include everything from recruitment, employee relations to employee benefits and compliance with labour laws.
Responsibilities:
As HR lead the successful candidate will have a close working relationship with senior management to expand and put into practice HR policies that complement company goals and objectives. This will include:
- Manage recruitment, including interviews and hiring new candidates.
- Oversee conflict resolution within the workplace.
- Direct and oversee budgets for all departments and report back to senior management.
- Prepare advice and support to managers and employees on workplace-based issues.
Salary and working hours:
Working hours: Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00
Salary: $160,000 - $218,967 ex super
Qualifications:
An excellent candidate will have the following skills and qualifications in order to become a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong Knowledge of HR policies and best practices
- Excellent experience working within a HR department and HR management essential.
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment.
