East Pilbara Independence Support (EPIS) has been delivering a wide range of out-patient aged care and support services to the most vulnerable members of Newman and surrounding communities for over twenty years. These services include day centre support, home care, cottage respite and are delivered by our multi-disciplinary team.

Newman is the largest town located within the Shire of East Pilbara.

Responsibilities of the role include:
- Drive and maintain a transparent and productive culture
- Coordination of HR processes and administration
- Talent attraction and retention
- Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Policy, Procedure and Process management
- Establish and maintain a performance management system
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience in Human Resource.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, best practices and experience managing employee relations matters
- Excellent communication and advanced relationship building skills
- Excellent mentoring and coaching skills
- Ability to relocate to Newman, WA
- Team player
