You will play a crucial role within our small, close knit HR team to drive HR initiatives and support our 300 staff.
Under the guidance of the HR management team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience.
The day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR Management team.
- Responsible for the day-to-day HR admin duties including but limited to filing, data entry, filtering email enquiries, end of month tasks, weekly rosters.
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Facilitating new start orientation inductions, assisting with new staff queries- knowledge with an onboarding platform preferred.
- Weekly checking of timesheets, assisting with payroll tasks.
- Maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality and process HR related paperwork
- Ensure the efficient day to day running of the office and answer all queries from staff, department heads and applicants.
- Assist in the coordination of employee training and development initiatives.

The must haves:
- Previous experience or education in the Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Good computer literacy and skills using Microsoft office programs.
- Full unrestricted Australian work permits and residency.
- Fluent in both oral and written English
This opportunity requires you to live onsite in staff accommodation at the resort, we appreciate that living in a remote location for an extended period might not suit everyone, so we ask that you please carefully consider the reality of such an experience.
