We are seeking a Human Resources & Administrator with a can-do attitude to join our team.
Position Purpose:
Human Resources & Administrator will be responsible from providing comprehensive personnel management and administration support including recruitment, induction, performance review, disciplinary, payroll and administrative duties. To do this they liaise directly with Staff and Management to ensure all Human Resources, payroll and general administrative processes are adhered to. They are the first point of contact at Prima Fresh and form an important part of the administration function including assisting in general and ad-hoc administration matters.
What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Finance Manager your primary responsibilities will include:
- Undertake all payroll activities.
- Resolving queries and communicating with employees and managers on questions regarding pay and conditions of employment
- Implement Award/Enterprise Agreement updates including advising Managers of pending changes and communicating changes to all employees
- Data entry of wages invoices into the accounting system as required
- Complete training data/OHS entry and complete file audits
- Preparing contracts and formal documentation, liaising with managers and key stakeholders
- Packhouse & Orchard Administration
A HR/Business qualification would be highly regarded but not essential. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply as well. Training or education help will be provided to the right person.
