The Role
We are hiring an HR Administrator for a 6-month contract, primarily working from home with occasional office visits in South-East Melbourne.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and finalising job offers.
- Assist new hires with onboarding by organizing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date HR records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts and manuals.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and efficiency.
- Previous experience in HR administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus.
