Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our dynamic team in the Brisbane CBD office. As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our workforce and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. You will work closely with management and employees to provide guidance and support on various HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Administer HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, training and development programs, and performance reviews.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and driving organisational success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
