We are seeking a HR Advisor to join our dynamic team based in South Brisbane, on a fixed-term 15-month contract to cover a maternity leave period. We are however, in an exciting period of growth, so this role may develop into a permanent position.
The key purpose of this role is to provide Generalist HR support to our 10 dealership groups across Australia as well as head office in Brisbane. There will also be several HR projects that will require your support and expertise!
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- HRIS: Act as the functional lead for Workday and provide tier 1 support.
- Data Management: Conduct regular audits on the data quality in Workday.
- Administration: Generate employment letters and contracts as required.
- Advisory: Provide HR Advice to dealership management on a wide range of people matters.
- Recruitment: Conduct end-to-end recruitment for head office and aid our dealerships with recruitment where required.
- Compliance: Demonstrate a strong understanding and interpretation of industry Awards, Fair Work and the National Employment Standards to ensure compliance across the business.
- Project Work: Support several projects and the continual development of the HR service provided to our business.
- Payroll Support: Support BAU payroll activities as required.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a HR Generalist role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
- Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS.
- Demonstrated exposure to managing and leading HR projects.
- Any experience in the automotive industry will be held in extremely high regard!
