Job Vacancy - HR Advisor We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to join the Cement Australia team as an HR Advisor based at our Gladstone operational site. This role will operate 'stand-alone' onsite, supported by a central HR team. The role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner for Operations, based in our Corporate Head Office in Darra, Brisbane, but working in close partnership with the Gladstone Operations Manager. This is a newly created role, for a 12-month maximum term engagement, to support day to day HR issues, as well as range of projects and new initiatives at Gladstone - our largest manufacturing site. You will provide support to the HR Business Partner and the Gladstone leadership team across the full breadth of HR services, policies and systems, including employee relations. This role will suit a motivated and confident HR professional, with the ability to work across a mix of professional and operational staff, tackle whatever comes their way, and build strong relationships, networks and trust within the business. You will be consistent and 'hands on' in your approach and be able to hit the ground running to make valued and evident change.
