About the Role
An opportunity has arisen within the FSH HR Connect team, for a HR Business Partner (Health Portfolio) to join our team. This position will be a key contributor in delivering high quality integrated HR services to all WA Health Leadership teams and employees at Fiona Stanley Hospital. The HR services includes but not limited to change management, organisational management, employee engagement, recruitment and selection, performance management, workplace grievance resolution, non-work-related injury management and compliment advice relating to occupational health and safety and training and development solutions to improve organisational capability.
To be successful in this position, you will have the following:
- The highest levels of personal Integrity and Ethical behaviour
- Degree in Business and/or Human Resources or relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalence in a combination of formal education and professional experience
- Demonstrated extensive experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partnering role
- Demonstrated experience of HR case management practices
- Extensive experience and proficiency in general HR practices including performance management, change management and award and policy interpretation
- Demonstrated experience of internal recruitment and selection best practice approaches
- Proven leadership qualities with the ability to influence, coach, delegate and think clearly under pressure
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to influence, coach and negotiate at all levels
- Sound operational management, business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset with a track record of delivering value-add impact in a fast-paced dynamic environment
