About the Role As a People and Culture Business Partner reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and support to people leaders throughout the organisation. Commencing immediately on a temporary basis, your responsibilities will guide the business through the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring strategic objectives are met. The Ideal Candidate Are you ready to make a significant impact? Our ideal candidate possesses the following:
Prior wealth of experience in HR Business Partnering.
Strengths in coaching and stakeholder management
Strong ER/IR experience with a good understanding of relevant legislation and Fair Work requirements.
Experience working in a unionised environment, ideally within a services industry.
Familiarity with dispersed teams across multiple locations.
