We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join the leadership team, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to shaping the future of the workforce.
About the role:
Establish local processes, tools, and templates for transformation of the workforce to align with existing frameworks;
Support change management, workforce planning, engagement, and communication in line with company objectives;
Assist employees in making informed choices, providing necessary support, and developing personal transition plans;
Sustain and expand employee careers for safe, reliable, and sustainable energy system operations;
Provide additional training and skills development for opportunities in the future energy sector;
Support and develop leaders to create conducive environments during ongoing change;
Develop individualised employee pathways with targeted support services; and
Plan and execute effective communication, notifications, approvals, and consultation with all affected employee groups.
About you:
Three years equivalent experience in a career transition, workforce planning, organisational capability role or a related role focused on supporting the career transition of employees especially in an industrial environment;
Experience in workforce planning, and the analysis of workforce analytics;
Experience in achieving outcomes in a multi-disciplinary team of professionals;
Previous experience in developing and implementing effective change management strategies;
Experience in establishing and managing a diverse range of relationships with external stakeholders including government; and
Strong project management experience to ensure on time delivery of objectives.
