What you will be doing
- Provide comprehensive HR support, focusing on recruitment, induction, and contractual compliance.
- Prepare and review employee letters of offer, flexibility requests, and other documents as required.
- Develop and maintain HR templates, position descriptions, and organization charts.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding efficiently, including paperwork and inductions.
- Offer day-to-day support and guidance to managers and employees on generalist HR activities such as performance management, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures.
- Distribute HR information within relevant divisions to keep Managers, Supervisors, and Employees abreast of changing legislation, procedures, and processes.
- Ensure timely offboarding in collaboration with Managers.
- Administer HR systems and ensure compliance is maintained for internal and external purposes.
- Support HR Business Partners/Advisors with their HR activities, including project work as nominated from time to time.
- Assisting with apprenticeship programmes, including profiling, incentives, and training contracts.
- Assist with any HR-related information required in the process of responding to tender.

What you need
- Tertiary degree in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR administration or recruitment experience.
- Willingness and ability to support training & development, recruitment, and performance management activities.
- Proficiency in research of industrial relations legislation and related topics.
- Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Enterprise Agreements, and Modern Awards beneficial.
- Happy to be proactively involved in improving HR operations, possess strong attention to detail and have excellent time and task management skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.
- Excellent prioritisation skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a productive, growth mindset and always look for continuous improvement and efficiency.
