About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join our team on a Fixed-Term contract, covering parental leave. If you are a HR all-rounder who is keen to contribute and bring your skills and passion to what you do, then this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the People & Culture administration function.
- Work collaboratively as a key member of the People & Culture team
- Assist with recruitment across our aged care and childcare operations including compliance checking and setting up new employees on HR systems.
- Become the system administrator for our recruitment, onboarding, performance, e-learning and off-boarding platforms.
- Ensure end-to-end employee -lifecycle related activities are coordinated well with all relevant stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate the Aurrum All Stars reward and recognition program
- Oversee compliance for Aurrum’s Work Health & Safety programs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our People & Culture processes and procedures.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and team members as well maintaining external relationships.
- Be the super-user for Aurrum’s HRIS and other HR systems.

Essential:
- 3 + years working in a similar role within People & Culture
- Ability to multitask and prioritise within a fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention to detail and a great internal customer service mindset.
- Demonstrated understanding of HR policies and best practice including basic appreciation and knowledge of employment law/ legislation.
- Experience working with online recruitment platforms/
- Strong communication, computer literacy and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
- Excellent team spirit and willingness to go extra mile.
- Curiosity and empathy, with an eye for the bigger picture
Desirable:
- Experience in:
- Work Health and Safety
- Working with an online e-learning platform
- Experience in aged care and/or childcare industry is desirable.
