KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Are you a reliable and enthusiastic Human Resources professional seeking a rewarding opportunity?
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation, reporting directly to the Executive Director. This is an exciting role (standalone as a start), focusing on Human Resources functions for our employees in Australia, with occasional support for our employees in NZ, the USA and the Philippines.
- Provide all Human Resources support functions and comprehensive guidance to the Senior Management Team, Managers and employees including Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, Return to Work & WHS, Performance Management & Reviews, Awards, HR Software & Training;
- Including the management and to maintain the HRIS System (ELMO) functions;
- Oversee return-to-work, wage subsidy and employer sponsorship Visa programs;
SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Demonstrate at least 3+ years’ experience in a Human Resources Generalist experience;
- Work effectively without direct supervision but appreciate clear expectations;
- Have a work style that ordinarily focuses on detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in work approach;
- Prioritize the confidentialities in all situations;
- Be confident decision-maker, even in stressful situations;
- Quick learner, adept at grasping complex information and enjoy analytical tasks;
- Identify a personal success with organizational success;
- Stay focused and know when to take breaks;
- Understand setbacks may occur in projects and stay focused to finish them;
- Work best in collaborative environments, displaying empathy and active listening skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
