Who Are We Looking For?
Focus ACT is looking for an exemplary Human Resources Manager working directly to the Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Team.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of effective people management frameworks, policies and procedures. The HR manager will provide expert advice to the Focus executive and management on strategic initiatives and operational functions relating to people.
The HR Manager will also provide IR consultation and guidance to the appropriate teams to effectively settle disputes and grievances where necessary. This role facilitates and oversights the recruitment and onboarding process, including Focus' training schedules.

1. Experience in strategic and operational human resource management

NDIS RequirementsYou will not need experience working in a NDIS setting. However, as part of our commitment to ensure a safe environment for staff and our participants you will need to successfully obtain:
- Working With Vulnerable People check (WWVP)
- National Police Check
